Reservation and Payment Policies
No charges or taxes are made online.
Upon arrival, the total amount of the accommodation must be paid in full.
A deposit of $2,000 MXN per night is required, refundable at the end of the stay, subject to room inspection.
Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Full payment of the reservation is due at least 20 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee the room.
LOW SEASON:
Flexible Rate. You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date without any charge for weekday stays (Sunday to Thursday only) and 7 days before for weekend stays (Friday and Saturday). After this deadline and up to one day before your arrival date, a charge equivalent to the total stay including taxes will be made to the guarantee card in case of cancellation. If cancelled on the arrival day or in case of early departure, the total stay will be charged.
HIGH SEASON:
Non-refundable Rate. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be cancelled and the total stay will be charged as a penalty to the credit card on file in case of cancellation or no-show. High Season includes: Bridges and holidays, Holy Week and Easter, Winter Season from December 16th to January 3rd.
Our facilities have ramps to facilitate access for people with disabilities.
We do not have rooms specially adapted for people with disabilities.
We offer Day Pass with the following costs:
Adults: $800 MXN, of which $400 MXN is reimbursable in food.
Children: $400 MXN, of which $200 MXN is reimbursable for food.

About Food and Beverages: Food, beverages and coolers are not allowed inside our facilities. In addition, the use of grills and loudspeakers is prohibited.
Cabin and Room Amenities: Our cabins and rooms are not equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, or refrigerator. Wi-Fi access is provided through a satellite antenna.
Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our facilities.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in the common areas of the resort.
